To send a diagnostic file for troubleshooting purposes, please follow these steps:
- Open the application on your device and go to the "Account" tab.
- Tap Support | Feedback button
- Tap on the "Email Us". This will open a new email composition window
- Download the file attached
- Reply to the email same thread where the customer support representative asked you for the file (refrain opening a new one)
- Attach the diagnostic
- You can proceed to send the email.
